The SAEP book is divided into three major sections for recording up to twelve months of information. 

                              My Career Plan
A description of my SAE program, including a listing of my courses of study, enterprise names, placement centers and laboratories, and other projects.  It includes my résumé providing a summary of career goals, education, leadership activities and awards, professional associations, and other accomplishments. 

                                                                                 My Time Investments
A list of my participation in FFA and other leadership and cooperative activities and a journal of my activities and hourly earnings from school and work-based learning programs. 

                             My Financial Investments
An accounting of my enterprise operating income/expenses and capital transactions including personal and other earnings and income.  It includes my SAE agreements, inventories, balance sheet, and summaries of productively invested capital and sources/uses of funds.
